We are very impressed with Laser Plumbing Wanganui. Our family have three projects completed with them and we are looking forward to the fourth. They price fairly, keep to their quoted time-frames and do a quality job. Their staff communicate clearly as the job progresses and maintain a tidy work site. Any exposed pipework is laid out very neatly. They also are highly competent gas fitters.

Great service both on-site and when arranging the work. Would definitely recommend laser plumbing, we're even going to ask them to remodel our bathroom.

We've had continuous pipe banging problems with our previous Gas Infinity for some time and then it finally died one morning unfortunately that meant cold showers, fortunately we rang the guys at Laser and they sorted us with a new bigger model and guess what? No more banging pipes, Thanks guys.

We are very happy with our new heat pump hot water system replacing our infinity gas system. Laser Plumbing advised on, quoted on and installed the new system very quickly. We were very happy with the whole process. We found all personnel we dealt with to be very personable and efficient in their work. Incredible team and service! Had a big bathroom fix up that needed to be taken care of before we started up work and the whole team were amazing to deal with. Nicki got the job set up quickly, sent someone out to check it out and then they came back and had it fixed within 3-4 hours. These are our plumbers now!! Thanks team.

Had a hot tap fail in the kitchen while running. Quick phone call to Wayne ( I think that’s who answered) and before I knew it Danny was on the front doorstep. Nice guy who did a great job. From phone call to new tap installed and cleaned up and gone in under an hour. Very appreciative of the prompt great service this team provided. Thanks guys.

A big thanks to the team and Mike who did the work removing the old gas HWC and installing a new electric one. Next day service after quote was done. I have since had Mike back for a burst pipe (unrelated to previous work), same day repair as job requested. Will use Laser for any future work.
