Really straightforward process to arrange the service, the gentleman who arrived was not only pleasant and helpful but efficient and did a terrific job. The heater is nearly as old as me :-) but it now starts quicker than it used to, and I reckon it now burns hotter. We are very satisfied with the service. 10/10
